Don't worry! I'll try and make sure I have at least all the important characters coming - even if I have to play the game again! Though I'm hoping I don't have to do too many shuffles of secondary characters to main characters for people so the game can be played without trouble. Otherwise I might have to rope in my Mum, her partner and my Aunt....

Will wait until I hear back from those who haven't posted in a while then see what happens (haven't sent the PMs yet but will do tomorrow once my brain starts functioning again). By the looks of it, if I do a minor re-shuffle of a few people who have confirmed and I know for sure that are coming I'll have enough people even with me being out of the game.

Those who might have to change characters are (sorry but your characters aren't essential to the plot line):

Shinrii (playing Arthur)
Sirius (playing Merlin)
RainbowMoonDust (playing Tatiana)
Pyro (playing Oberon)
Angie (playing Osiris)

Just giving those listed above fair warning just in case things have to change. But if you have already started making your cosplay for this let me know - I don't want your hard work to go to waste.

Angie you don't need a pm, I've been in touch with you even if it wasn't on this thread. I might change you to Prince Allendro if Cloud can't make it, will see if she decides to come. Or Nineve if Madam Madhatter does the same and not come. I have a few people to PM and quite a few I haven't seen posting/around for a while...

Yeah but the PM about the character had got autodeleted and you were gonna send it again along with what food I should bring. Unless you did send me the PM and it got lost. I've been getting a lot of PM's the past few days so thats why it might have got autodeleted or lost. If you can send it I'll save it straight away.

Food wise it's just nibbles of any sort (but not those spicy crunchy mixes you get at the supermarket) and drink for you. As for your character I'll let you know once I know for certain who's coming from those I just pmed. I can't send out character info if I'm going to change it later - will spoil all the fun. But if MM can't be Nineve then I have fairy wings you could borrow for the night - would go well with the red dress you had on for the ball. I wore them for the last game.

Stupid me forgot to bring along the booklets to the xmas parrty for you all so I'll be pming you the details for your character's background and will just give you the actual booklet at the party.

Also since it's 2 weeks away you might want to start seriously start looking for your costume or start upping up your sewing. Have fun and I'll see you in 2 weeks!

Ok people, you should all have your character background info in some way or another! If I left you out then please let me know asap, so I can get you the info! A little bit of organising is needed before everyone comes (ie setting up the place to be more party friendly and the putting out of stuff for the party), if you're willing to help with this then get in touch with me either by PM or here and will let you know details.

If you're bringing food for the meal that has to be re-heated/cooked please come a little earlier so I can sort out the kitchen times for everything. The party will start at 5pm or a little after so could you all be here before then so when can get started.

If you have any questions at all about any of this then let me know, if it's about your character then please PM me as to not give anything away!

So even trying to see how many plates my mum had to add to mine I still don't have enough... sad

Would you guys be happy bringing your own plates and bowls or should I invest in some paper/plastic ones? I have enough cutlery but not the table wear.
