Yeah November and December are like booked up almost with birthday parties and events like Guy Fawkes day and Show Day/ Weekend + NCEA Exams to add to the booting..
Think in Nov that three things are happening on one week no sure but think it's true..

Agree with Claire and Mandie. Try for the next month people are free, even if it's next year. Give them time to actually make a cosplay if they want. We are still heavily booked for this year at least.
And I have ideas too. |

| | Well if it's next year it wont be until Feb as I have my sister's wedding mid Jan. To be honest it might be best to have it in a few months time - it gives you the chance to forget most of what you know so then you can have fun trying to work things out again. :) |

Fred is now organizing a Live Mafia at Auck. Four teams. 12 year olds, CHCH, Auckland, and NCIS. Of course only the 12 y.o.'s actually know this so far. And I don't know when there will be any time, but ... coming to a thread near you! |

| I would love another murder mystery party and a birthday party would be awesome Claire  but I'm not certain January would be a good date.  People go away on vacation and flatting then, not to mention there is the Timaru camp and National cosplay day then too. I'll also be planning my own birthday party as well, simply because I've always wanted to but if you still want to throw the party for me and Cyren, Claire then that would be wonderful and much appreciated!  I might end up throwing a half birthday party during febuary or later next year at this rate.

Could plan it for Febbie maybe a few days/ week after lady P's Valentines Day Photoshoot Night..
