WELL AURELLION YOU SAID SKY'S THE LIMIT so here.

Um seriously though, what about some slightly more serious/fun things? Lots of people talk about wanting to be mangaka or game designer or VA or costume designers, but seriously don't know where to start or even have a realistic idea on what the nature of the jobs are. This COULD be hard but if some of the guests could be from the job, and give a more structured talk than normal VA panels. Have questions submitted before hands and nudge the young enthusiastic people at least toward a suiting direction.

Being in a university town... Maybe have a small section of Manga/Anime related thesis abstracts done by New Zealanders? Specials for the ones who'd rather study about our hobbies than taking part in making them. URGH I'm such a nerd.

Quick live demonstrations on cosplay photography, make ups etc. Costume making would be too grand for something like this, sadly.

Ah okay lol. I remember Sasamune saying something about how her Japanese teacher did the whole "if you are here thinking it will make you the top Otaku, you are in the wrong class" talk. That lady sort of scares me, but I do look up to her. She's like SUPERFLUENT, I mean, SUPERFLUENT in how many languages? O_O

haha i'm trying to think who that is... the only two jap lecturers that are female now are reiko-sensei and haruko-sensei and i can't picture either of them saying that. so i guess i missed that boat.

then again, my chinese prof speaks academic level chinese, italian and english... i think chinese + english would be a harder combo than chinese + japanese OTL. so yeah... i have so much respect for multilinguals haha.
