Getting it catered may actually be worth considering. The food prep and stuff for the WCB was pretty chaotic, and only really worked out cause Madja & Mels mums both decided they were going to help. We probably would have limped along even so, but it certainly made things go alot more smoothly.

Yeah but I don't think they walk around offering you wine... I agree though, it is worth considering, somebody should look into how much it'll cost.

Nah, I reckon alcohol-free - it makes dealing with parents a lot easier, as well as not having to worry about IDs and stuff. Besides, there is ALWAYS an after-ball for the boozing Very Happy

Although I do have ideas on food and have asked for a quote on a catering service, I'm not settling on anything until I've figured out hall price. C:
Which is a bit uncertain at the moment because the hall we're probably getting has never been hired out before. So until I go to the meeting~

Oh mind you there are a couple of Japanese Places just through the council building. And a starbucks.
