After party and other nonsense~

Do you think we should provide food? If so, do tell us what you would like to see... eat? O;
If we do do this, we'll need a venue with a kitchen. So this will need to be sorted out soonish~ <3

Also, if we do, we're looking for volunteers to help out in said kitchen like beforehand while we're setting everything up. <3
Edit: and randomly during the event.

Annnnd, of course, there'll be a small entry fee to include price of the food.
Though, remember, the more people coming, the cheaper it'll be!
Also, we'll need an entry fee already to help pay for hiring of hall, so would you be willing to fork out a few dollars more to be fed? Or to have drinks and general snack food that looks PRETTY.

Moore wilsons was the only place we had to go to get food for the WCB, and it was relatively cheap - u_ne_korn has the details I believe, but she may or may not be dying under the weight of THESIS plus NANACON...

Hm. Okay I still have access to the pricing and budget for the WCB, but it is all in a retarded order - as far as I can tell, we spent around $130 on food, but we had leftovers and also a lot of people. Also a sugar honey iced tea load of people helping out in the kitchen. Food makes everything a whole lot more complicated (as mel will attest) so you will need at least one, if not two people dedicated to sorting that and nothign else - and don't try to make stuff. Just buy it. Trust me on this one. It is WAY EASIER.

What we found worked best were little deep-fried thingies - chucked in the fryer at intervals, brought out on trays, and chucked on a table for people to help themselves. You'd need to heat stuff as you go rather than pre-preparing stuff, but as long as someone's on top of that, you'll be all good.

EDIT: okay I didn't actually *read* your post before writing all of this...yeah, I'd be keen for food and paying for it XP

Ahahhaha~ Thank you all. Tis good you're all keen so far. I think the time between DO and ACB may mean it'll be a bit easier for everyone to be able to eat there~ It'll make it all a little less stressful.

Thanks SS & itachiladas, I'll catch up with you guys a bit closer to the time and check you're both still keen~
