Can someone name this anime?

Might not be anime actually.

Its an old-ish one about this guy who found out he was another planet and his people are at war with another people and he gets dragged into it and the enemy have these blue dog-like aliens who help them fight.

Both people have psychic powers kinda and they pilot their ships by turning orbs and such.

Anyone know what im talknig about?

I don't know, but it reminds me of an anime/cartoon about this dude, like your dude, but his father was an alien. but his mother isn't and his father's people have a station on the dark side of the moon and they are "throwing" meteors at earth...

And they identify one another but enlarging there eyes or some crap...lol

And they fly their ships by orbs as well.....

OHHH OHHH! Aha a tear came off mi eye sweatdrop

good memories.

It was funny that they showed it when kids were watching tv because it showed people dying and being mangled :) (reason of my liking and psychopathic reign bwahahaha no not really)
