Hibari's Tonfa?

I was planning on cosplaying Hibari [Katekyo Hitman REBORN!] sometime soon, but I need help making his tonfa.

What part of it is the tonfa 8D?

Cos I think I made those in HArd Materials earleir this year.

We carved ours from Balsa then Painted them :3

Both a friend of mine and myself have used these when we cosplayed Hibari

We just spray painted them the right colours, turned out pretty good, but after a while the paint does rub off.

they have black at the end and the rest is metal...

If it's for an Armageddon, this probably isn't the best idea as they ban metal weapons :)
