It's out towards the port in Timaru. Off port loop road. About 10-15 minutes walk from where the caroline bay carnival is too. :)

If you get lost txt me on 021 70 33 57. I'll have a gps unit with me with searchable maps. ;P

I haven't been there yet either but have a pretty fair idea where it is.

Just confirming on Strifest's behalf that she is also coming to SCCC as she just foudn out about it from me when I found out she's in Chch for Christmas and New Years as well. She can also drive and might be providing a car.

So her presence is confirmed but her having a car for the event is not.

OK. The dunedin van has now been booked.

Dunedin Transport Costs as follows:
Dunedin <-> Timaru - $37 each.
Timaru -> Dunedin only - $18 each.

Thats covering hiring of a 10 seat (can seat 11 - 3 in front) van. Petrol (they didn't have diesel in 10 seat range), and excess k's costings for km's over 150k.

There's 8 people confirmed (afaik) at this stage for travel both ways from Dunedin. Plus 2 (IcyRose & Nox) travelling just from Timaru back to Dunedin. If one more person wants to jump on they're welcome. There'll be plenty of space on the way up, but the return trip will be a touch squeezed, that said the price will go down slightly having the extra person..

crazy, i'm going to need a location for us to get you from in oamaru - or is it just your +1? -(preferably not too far from the highway). since we're leaving around 10, we'll be picking you guys up around 12-1ish if my predictions about time and south is. driving are correct. <<<: please advise asap as you guys have been included in the dunedin leg.
