Attaching resin to fabric?

Ive never worked with resin before so im not sure how im supposed to go about putting it on things. Am I overthinking this? What is usual resin procedure?

I've only just been looking at resin tutorials since I plan to make things from it as well... I found a great tutorial on youtube for it, especially if you want to put LED lights in it, or just want to know how to make it.

I've never worked with resin before either but if I was going to just attach it to fabric, I'd make sure to stick some bit of wire in it with a small loop on the edges and then sew it to fabric?

Yeah, I was thinking of setting it with some kind of loops set into it. EH I dunno, Im not doing it quite yet.

The woman in the video seems to paint the back rather than mixing the color in. Seems like an interesting method. I have a lot of nail polish to use for that but I wonder if it would come out better just mixing in the color stuff. I know about the foil on the back tricks and stuff though :).
