Dear Cosplayer,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
To welcome you to our school we will be having a short trip to Honeydukes, otherwise known as The Candyman to muggles.
This trip will take place during the Summer, on Friday the 21st of January.
We will be meeting at the muggle station of Britomart, where we will catch the Knight Bus to Mount Eden. This is so you and your fellow first years will not get lost.
This is a school based trip and thus it is preferred that you represent your school in uniform. Remember to stay on your best behaviour, or you will not be attending our school.

It is wonderful to see so much interest!
To commemorate our first gathering as friends and students of Hogwarts, we will also be having photographs taken. We have already received permission from the candy store to do so.

Also, to enjoy our spoils and treats from Honeydukes, we will be hosting a picnic on the lush slopes of Mt Eden. It is advised that students participating in the trip also bring items to share with the rest of the first years. There will be butterbeer and pumpkin juice to go around!

There will be muggles about, so please keep that firmly in mind. No unlawful use of magic will be permitted.
