Saturday the 21st of January, unless the ACP happens to suddenly be decided to be on that date.

Hey guys, so going to go with meeting up at 12!
We will meet at the little park near the bus stop:
Catch the bus to "Mt Eden shops" (or 1 stage from the city, if I remember correctly). The bus stop is near a tea store.
From the bus cross to the side of the road that has the pharmacy on it and go straight from where you crossed.
Apparently when you go straight the park is obvious. It'll be on your left.

Also if you don't have enough for a cosplay, don't worry! You can disguise yourself as a muggle if you please. Just make sure to have something to show which house you're in, even a ribbon of your house colour! (:

Also there is a chance I might not actually be here for this, eek! If so, I hope you guys still have fun.

I have emailed the candyman and yes, we are allowed to have small groups of people in to take photos if you so please. (I'm sure they'd love you to buy some candy too! ;D ;D)

Was wondering if it's ok if me and the friends I'm bringing meet you gais at Mt Eden? It's just easier for us :3 So do you know the approx time you will be arriving at Honeydukes? If not I can try and keep in touch with one of the cosplayers (Probs Pixel if she doesn't mind :3 )

Yes, that's fine! We'll be at the park thing most of the time theoretically, since not all of us can go into the candy shop at the same time, it's a pretty small place! We should be there ~12:30. (:
