DCC Meeting #7: Noodle's Birthday

Because we are a lovely group and enjoy throwing birthday parties to those who do not want it, the next meeting will be Noodle's 18th birthday party! Very Happy

It will be a sleep-over party too (hopefully), which is awesomeness.

WHAT: Noodle's Birthday
TIME: 6pm
DATE: 26th - 28th November
LOCATION: The Jitsu
P.A.R.T.WHY?: Because I gotta! naughty

WHO:

Here's what I have so far:

FRIDAY
Meet at 6pm at The Jitsu.
After, bus over to SailorDemnyx's house for sleepover. Watch movies, marathon Hanbun No Tsuki Ga Noboru Sora, Play Mario Cart, hang out, etc.

SATURDAY
Most have mentioned going out somewhere. (Need to figure this one out! xD)
Later, noodles goes out with the family. I suggest we do some cooking while she's out for the party on Sunday :3

Lunch and Dinner? Also transport if we are going out.

SUNDAY
The birthday! Very Happy

Chill at SailorDemnyx's house and celebrate. Then perhaps in the afternoon, if it is nice out, have a picnic in the gardens. Pass the parcel and doughnut game must be played, and the presence of a pinata. Kid's party.
The Chocolate game and a treasure hunt (just to add to possibilities)? Very Happy

Staying for dinner?

No clubs. No alcohol. None of that retarded teenage stuff. Cos we're cosplayers. We're too cool for that stuff. Party games like pass the parcel and duck duck goose are the way to go. ^-^

I agree, nothing that teenagers do. We have to be children about this. I'm totally keen, I will probably be able to host some stuff, possibly the girls sleepover this time

We need a cake O_O and play games, maybe have an anime quiz? or KH quiz? lol stuff like that is awesome lol

I fully agree - those teenage activities arn't really fun anyway (well - I don't find it fun haha) xD

Party games would be awesome! I can't bake, so I'm not much help with the cake orz. Oooh Kingdom Hearts YES! Very Happy

I have a friend visiting from Australia, so I may not be able to come. Maybe we can have an impromptu visit to Dunedin, or something.

So, I was thinking for friday, go out to dinner maybe
Saturday- give shannon encouragment for her writng, bug lennon at work and girls sleepover that night
sunday- judith has church but most of the day should be spent doing what Shannon wants since it's her actual birthday! ^^

I figured that I'd organise dinner, which will probably end up being friday night since that's when most people seem to be free. That'd be with like, a mix of you guys and ADP, I think.
And while drinking would be fun, for me anyway, since a majority of people are against it (and I'm not getting Kami into vodka at 14.) I can just do that another weekend I guess.
As for what I want at my birhtday.... What I want, moonlight293, is to sail the darkness of the cosmos with this planet as my vessel, just as my mother did long ago. Then one day we'll find a new planet. And on its soil, we'll create a shining future. And that is what I want for my birthday.

OK GUYS I HAVE IDEAS.
IDEAAAAAAAASSSSSSSS.
Fri -dinner -> then girl's sleepover? Since we seem to be vaguely keen for this. Transport may be a bit of a problem, but we could probably sort something out.
Sat - do something during the day ~~(then apparently my mother and aunt are keen to steal me. (Apparently I will get free drinks at bars, and they want to steal my clubbing virginity.)~~
Sunday - Something at somebody's house! ~~(since I don't really get hung over. )~~
I don't know what we would do during those days, but at least one round of Mario Party is mandatory, despite my not-owning it.

Rikku does indeed have a Wii, but Rikku does not have Mario Part. I have Mario Kart, tho, if it's any consolation? xD;;

Friday dinner. Sleepover. Saturday do stuff. Sunday do stuff.
Where and what for dinner?
Sleep at Shannon's house?
Cooooould go do something fun on Saturday. Go to the Gardens maybe, or to the beach if it's a nice day. Lunch at like, BK or Maccas or something? Depending when/if Shannon's relatives want to take her clubbing, we might not need to worry about dinner.
Sunday we could do I have no idea what yet.

I have a strong feeling I will host the sleepover, I seem to have finally convinced my parents

The Jitsus is for dinner Friday, Sunday shannon decides everything (btw I'll need rides on sat and sun) On Saturday I'm up for like hanging in town and going somewhere

I say sunday hang out at a house and play games! ^^

I need to know how many girls are coming on friday!
