DEC: Christmas Party 2010 and Santa Parade Prep

Candycane

Christchurch Cosplay Club's Christmas Party 2010 Candycane

Date: December the 3rd to December the 4th
Time: 6pm, please don't arrive earlier then 5:30pm
While the main party will finish by 11pm on Friday night, the event will continue until 1pm Saturday morning, for those that wish to stay the night. Don't forget the Santa Parade is on the 5th
Where: St Michaels School Hall, Cnr Tuam and Durham St, inner city
Cost: $5 at the door

Bring:

* Sleeping bag, pillow, camping mattress, if staying the night
* present for present game
* food

INFO:
This will make the Christchurch Cosplay Club's 3rd annual Christmas Party! It is an overnight sleepover, but people can leave late on Friday night if they can't stay over. Also the Santa Parade is on the Sunday after, so we will making decorations and signs for that and storing them in the hall until the Sunday morning!

This year I have put the entry fee up from from $5 to $7 for prepaids, BUT I will be attempting to provide all food from that, so have some dinner before you come, but there will be a meal about 9pm ish as well as lots to eat and drink through out the night and breakfast and bunch in the morning!

Due to no one prepaying, I will not be providing food due to the problems in accurately determining food budget without prepaid numbers

Please sing out if you would like to help with decorating/setting up, I will PM you if needed. Also I will need help from people with helping with heating and serving food, and cleaning up after wards!

What would people like to see at this years Christmas Party?

I'm definitely able to help out with food prep type things if that's needed. At this stage I probably won't be staying the night.

I can't move it to another weekend, becuase thats the weekend of the Santa Parade.

This sounds like so much fun and I'll definitely be coming. ^^

I'd like a secret santa AS WELL as the present game, although that would need to be pre-organised and might be a little confusing, since there isn't really going to be a time that we /all/ meet up before the party to distribute names and stuff. xD

Is it possible that you can have two separate lists on the front page once people decide whether they are coming for just the day or staying the night as well? :)
