well we could hang out at the seats just past the cathedral where all the food shops are? they have MEAN KEBABS THERE but dear god it would be messy trying to get that under a katamari head.

So I was thinking (weird, I know) and for Fujio, would it work to make the cone as a frame of something, and then pad it with batting or something? I don't think I'll be able to make the cone with the foam mats.

I was thinking of looking into hiring the rec space at Botany Library maybe? I thought Botany might be easier for people to get to, but I wasn't sure.

Where (suburbs wise) is most convenient for people? There are a few places in Howick but I know that's not easy to get to for some...

Look around for local community centres or church halls as they tend to be the cheapest. Although church halls tend to not have enough plugs/power sources.

I would be willing to go to around $10-20

There are a couple of community halls in central auckland that are reasonable - let me check it out.

Also the St Aidan's church hall in Remuera is okay priced and have lots of power sources. :)

Awesome. I saved those exact photos when I started thinking about which cousin I wanted to do Very Happy

I like the idea of a pattern for the face too, I was actually tinkering with a vector of the different faces the other day :)

Also, I'd be willing to chip in however much for somewhere to do a workshop type thing in Auck, most of my machines are easily portable too so travel shouldn't be an issue.
