i posted this in the wrong topic

hey all I'm thinking of doing a Serena (pokemon x&y) cosplay for the release of the new pokemon games in a few months. i have no idea how to do her skirt all the the other components of the costume is easy to make or get a hold of. anyone with ideas and or a pattern for the skirt would be much appreciated

When asking for help, please attach a reference picture! It makes it easier for other to help you. :)

To me it looks like her skirt is a high/wide waistband pleated skirt, with two panels over it on the sides.
