Bulk freight carrier? Box them up and do depot -> depot? Upshot is they'd be pretty light, so the weight wouldn't be a factor.

Alternatively how big are you planning on making them? The other option is if you can get the box size under a meter, either with both or one wing per box then take them as luggage. Razz

i was planning on making them pretty big... so it might be too difficult to do that costume. ;; i could either do pigeotto that has smaller wings, or change... 8| or ADAPT

Or you could make them so they can fold in towards each other, box them, and put them on oversized baggage?

Lu, if you want a hand with the Pidgeot wings, I can help?
I'm making mine, and then just putting, like, a casing around the edges and then layering stuff overtop, and then wiring them through the casing when I get there? It'll make them so much easier to transport, because then you can just fold them up into your suitcase with a roll of No.8 wire, and you'll be sweet Very Happy

I've also got a small amount of trim the could look really cool with your costume, if you wanted it?
