Sasame Kisscomi. I don't have it but it sounds really creepy .... interesting. Gotta love the Japanese! Basically, you kiss the screen and it rates your kiss. Nevermind how utterly messed up you'd look if someone saw you kissing an iPhone. XD
Another crazy interesting Japanese game/app is Puff. You blow the mic, which makes a (RL) Japanese (or anime, you can pick...?) girl's skirt fly up on the screen.
... if you wanted something more... unique.
