Studio photoshoot DO weekend - slots available!

Hello everyone! I've organised a studio photoshoot for the sunday of DO weekend, the 25th of July, and have some spaces left to fill. We will be shooting here - there is a little bit of parking apparently, but not a whole lot.

This is a paid shoot - I am not making any profit, but there is a fee to cover the studio and equipment hire, which is substantial...but still the cheapest shoot you'll ever do ;) The per shoot price is $18.50 - this is per shoot, not per person. We have three slots left to fill as of now, but I am going to take a waitlist - the payment deadline is the 11th of July, and if the original members of the group don't confirm in time, I'll take people in the order that they queue up in. SOME GROUND RULES...

- You pay in advance. This is not negotiable, as the studio and gear hire is VERY EXPENSIVE. Obviously if you haven't had a slot confirmed, please don't pay yet ( Razz

) but once you are in the spreadsheet as confirmed, pony up some cash plz. Electronic deposit only, unless you're a Wellington local and can meet me to pay cash.

- You can bring your own cameras for candid shots, but unless you are me, or one of the other confirmed photographers, you may not use the lighting setup.

- We have a LOT of people in the studio - there are 51 shoots happening! Unless you have a shoot booked, please don't just turn up to watch. If you are a little young baby cosplayer and would like a parent to come along, that is absolutely fine - just please, don't bring the whole family Razz

If you can't/don't want to do an electronic deposit and you're not in Wellington, then please have someone do it for you. Don't post cash, and no, you cannot just pay on the day.

Payment due NO LATER THAN July 11th! I would also like to stress the importance of being ON TIME. If you can, come early. If I can keep a little ahead of schedule, it mean mean no delays when I have to clear my memory card/adjust the lights/do the group shoots that aren't scheduled but will happen anyway.

ALSO - once it hits 7 days before the shoot, there will be NO REFUNDS AT ALL. Do NOT miss your shoot, do NOT stay up late partying after the ACB the night before, and if you don't think you can make the shoot, don't book it. SET YOUR ALARM CLOCKS PEOPLE. I will be there at 9 sharp to set up, first shoot is 9.30, so aim to be there at least ten minutes before your time slot. There are changing rooms and mirrors/makeup areas onsite, but don't push your luck for prep time!

If you need to swap a shoot with someone, that's fine - arrange it amongst yourselves, but just keep me informed. If you miss your shoot, I may be able to fit you in somewhere else, but there is NO guarantee of this; I try to keep ahead of schedule, but I am only human!

I'll grab the 1.40 slot as well if it is still available, I really am keen to get this costume photgraphed out the wazoo ;) So first time slot can be general full body and the second head details :) I can use the time to do some make up touch ups :)

Will pay tonight or tomorrow, probably tonight as soon as I work out who I owe for what this month :)

I'm having an attack of health (bad health that is) and I am possibly going to need a quiet weekend sad

So if anyone is interested but hasn't been able to book in time my slots are open.

If no one wants them I will still use them but it would be nice if someone who isn't grimacing constantly to get nice photos ;) Not sure how the forum rules work in this regard but I have paid for the slots so would need the person using those spaces to trade or repay :) Just not urgently.
