@Ravin You got scammed? That sucks D: Your Org jacket looks awesome though! I hope the zip works out.

Progress: I cut out craft foam bits (2 sets of wings, crown, 2 stars) for the Hope card and painted one side of them. Pictures when I paint the good sides XD
Question: I am just using gesso + acrlic paint on the craft foam. It looks kind of... streaky though (from the brush bristles). Would putting PVA over it make it less streaky looking?

(need to buy shirt and glasses; have pants and shoes)

Caterina -- OVERALL: 60%

Dress - 50% (needs sleeves/collar + patterns)
Skirt - 80% (needs to be rehemmed, have the little flowers painted on and have the waistband added)
Cloak - 5% (lace inner started; otherwise yet to be begun)
Hat - 0% (hnnngh)
Monocle - 95% (just needs to have the chain affixed)
Wig - 20% (needs back curls done)
Corset - 95% (needs grommets and last two pieces of lace affixed)
Gloves - 100% (BOOYAH)

(petticoat + shoes have been bought, need white tights)

@firecat - the brushmarks mean your paint is too thick. You may have to sand it a little and do a few more coats of thinned paint! I had the same problem sad

PVA doesn't help...at least not for texture. Great sealer though!

*ninjas in* Spray paint is an option too, it doesn't leave streaks. Although it can drip if the paint is sprayed on too thickly.

All four compendiums are printed, with endpages trimmed. They are now ready to be bound in the morning! Lizzie dress needs buttonholes & buttons, then hemming. Gloves are cut, and need to be sewn, bootcovers are patterned but need to be cut and sewn... Hat is yet to be started, sob. Wig just needs a few extra wefts in the back.

Theo's pants need fastenings & hemming, then they're finished. His shirt is done, and his shoes just need buttons attached to them. His hat has been patterned & will hopefully be finished tomorrow, and I started patterning his jacket tonight. Oh! And his gloves are done. His wig is about 50%, I think.

...and we need to sew Yosuke's blazer.

HNNNNNNGH.

Oooh, we're doing our make-up test tomorrow! (oh great, I'll have to teach Alex to use contacts...)

Eruka wig lagging behind WHUT Besides from that, the dress needs polka dots.

Lightning's jacket needs the flappy bit sewed on. Gotta start working on the boots and the belt. As for the sword its going along awesomely Very Happy

Its just about the only thing i'm proud of. The belt bag I haven't even started and the skirt is half finished. /cry.

Soul's almost finished (yay~). Need a red shirt, anybody got tips for dyeing a white shirt? I'd find that way much easier then buying something right now.

Toni's outfit is done! Very Happy

Need the temporary hair dye and I'm set for her (Its gonna stain EVERYTHING).

Made some progress with my sword. Took me 3 attempts to get the laminate to the right consistency to produce a battle damage effect - I hit it around the powerpole outside my house to achieve it; my neighbours must think I'm crazy.

Once I obtain the paint I'm looking for to finish the centre of the blade, I can finally assemble it.
