Mid year holidays are coming up. People will have time off! What're we going to do with it?

We could have a mid-winter Xmas party!
Or try to reverse rain dance ourselves a picnic?
Anybody interested in running and/or taking classes? (What classes you ask? What classes do you want?)
Another fabric swap? The last one was great even though not nearly enough people came.
Or we could be really daft and organise a national con! Holidays start in, what, three weeks? That's TOTALLY enough time to sort it out Very Happy (Yes I'm slightly deranged.)

Well on the 1st I'm running a long games day at Vic. Gold coin entry, from 8:30 to five-thirty. (Although if people are still going and no-one has booked the room after I fully intend to keep going!)

I live next door to the beach and at the moment it is an abrasive freezing hellstorm!

Summertime beach rocks though <3

My brother is doing an outdoor ed course and he needs to spend more hours teaching people. Does anyone want to do rockclimbing, or kayaking or anything sort of like that? He is offering his time for free, everyone just has to pitch in for gear hire.
