| I don't know anything about that type of spray paint, but you can always use gesso. Allow it to dry and the sand it and spray paint it. |

| Gesso is what artists use to put on raw canvas to turn it it a canvas that will last once painted. You can find it at most art shops. But what is the type of effect you're wanting? I can probably help with ideas as my mum runs an art school/shop... |

| eep explanations arnt my best skill... I need a solid colour base with really small specks of darker colours... thats why texturized spray paint is best cause if i use 2 differant cans teh 2nd colour will cover the 1st... they only other way i can think of doing this is using a tooth pick and a pottle of paint lol |

| Not if you use a stencil it won't. |

| Do you have a pic of what you're trying to achieve? That works better for me than explanations. If you use 2 different coloured cans you can possibly achieve what you're looking for - just hold the 2nd coloured can farther away from the object you're painting, which means you get fewer and farther between spots of colour on top of but not entirely covering your base colour. Does that make sense? I've had a good look at my local Mitre 10 when I was looking for the right shade of pink for my Sakura Staff and I never saw cans that had 2 different colours in them - textured ones sort of but only ever with 1 colour. |

| The only textured spraypaint I've seen is horribly expensive ($45 a can). And I don't know if it's still being produced any more. An easier way is to buy a test pot of undercoat from a paint shop and get some sand (if you get if from the beach, rinse it under boil water, then again with cold water, then let it dry completely - that way your painted object won't smell like the beach) and mix it together - easy textured paint.
If you want a more subtle texturing try car body primer; but don't sand it. |

| By texturiesed do you mean paint that contains a foreign product to produce a textured finish? While working for a hardware shop I know we use to stock this, it contained actual grit in the the paint, I think I saw it used to make a non slip surface. Or this might just be my memory. Probably a stupid question but Have you tried all the big, paint shops and checked for their normail paints not just spray paint. Or possibly you could cover the object with spray on glue roll it in sand, then paint it the desired colour. |
