[ACB10]Help wanted!

Hello childrennn~

So with course work and such I'm drowning a little in the workload leading up to ACB.
I'd like to find people to fill the following positions as well as some more people to volunteer for set up/pack up~

Head of music - Admin.
Music is the bane of my existance. I need someone to compile an archive of music for the ball. Including ballroom, ff music, etcetc. You will be taking suggestions from a music thread that will be posted here.

Head of cosplay showcase/performance - Tammy.
You will be dealing with a mini-event for cosplayers to walk on stage. Hopefully we'll be having a projector and so you'll need to be able to help create and process forms & prep pictures in a slideshow. I'd like this person to recieve skit/performance requests and sort through them. You could also actively sort out performances, if you wish.

Head of advertising - JVCA
I'm going to ask Seong about the possibility of advertising at DO again, this is just a possible situation I'd like you to be in charge of. As well as working with me to create an ad ~~to spam the internet with~~. Looking for forums with possible cosplay connections and if it's okayed by the forum mods, posting our ad. As well as helping set up pages on facebook, twitter, myspace etc.

Now, they all have varying degrees of work needed to be done with each thing, as I've done more on some then others. You can also go the extra mile and suggest ideas and take them on under your own direction as well.

Those wanting to volunteer to help with decorations and such can just post in this thread and I will contact you closer to the time. I'll probably put you all in little groups and give a list beforehand of what you'll be helping out with. Be it putting paintings up or fairy lights~

I'm more than happy to help out with setting up/packing out, my lights have proven to be a nice quick setup that won't take me too long :) I can also help with tickets again if you like. I don't know if I can fill any of the specific roles you need, but I can be an errand-betch!

Duckeh, I'm not sure, but at the next clubs day at AUT (if it is before ACB/DO), I might be able to ask the AUT Anime Club to distribute ACB fliers as well as DO ones. :3

I can offer to post adverts all over the AUT AniClub forum... X3
Will that be adequate as a "part-time" H.o.Advertising?

@Rolly- I've just confirmed JVCA as head of advertising. But if you were still able to do as much, that would be amazing. We'll get in contact once we've got posters to see if you still could?

Hello guys!

Thanks to all the people offering help at the moment. >.<

There's a special task I'd like some responsible people to step up for. Basically around the hall there will be several little 'scenes' set up... Kind of like the mad hatters table and a big fake clock and a slipper {cinderella}. I would like some people to volunteer so I may assign them a scene. On the night you will be responsible for setting up that area of the hall. It shouldn't be too time consuming & you're welcome to bring people to help you. C: But before the event you will be responsible for making sure we've purchased/obtained all items needed and potentially shooting down my ideas and putting forth new ones.

Also, although I already have a few scenes, you're welcome to put forward your own. C:
