I'm going to go as Shinku from Rozen Maiden, definitely on Saturday but not sure about Sunday.

What do you do in the competition, is it just modelling your costume on stage?

*Not sure if I'll really cosplay anymore....I might just go in Yamanba(gyaru) style ;)

you can just pose on the stage or do a skit.

Sunday: Alice Liddell - Heart No Kuni No Alice

wow ive had these cosplays planned for aaages but its taken me forever to get to this thread

erm bex and i are doing:

Sat:
Bex - Amu
Me - Ikuto (both from Shugo Chara!)

Sun:
Bex - Sakura (tsubasa)
Me - Yuuko (xxxholic)

Though looking at other threads and lists we may swap these days to prevent double ups with the xxxHolic group (sorry guys!!!!)
