| Zero is a light novel and Fate/Hollow Ataraxia is a visual novel. Fate/Stay Night is based off the visual novel of the same name. The visual novel has three routes the Fate route, the Unlimited blade works route and the Heavens feel route, the anime was based off the Fate route with attempts to mash the 3 routes together eg. the Archer vs Berserker fight was in UBW and Dark Sakura was in HF. A movie based on UBW was released in January no info yet about HF though.
