Armageddon T-shirts? By Sorien. 09/04/10, 03:10 am |
| I would love to show my support for any event like armageddon, a way in which you could do this is by providing (Like at rock concerts) T-shirts for a cost. I don't know whether this would be something that Armageddon would have to organise themselves, or whether it could be a CNZ endeavor or SPCC. I would find it hard to take off something that represents such cool memories from each year, so I'd be keen to buy one.
Heck, I've even gone into some planning toward what each T-shirt could say. They'd be year based of course, and could have a few different designs based around what the person was attending for: Such as: Wrestling, Gaming, Anime, Special guests etc.
What do you think? Be gentle... |

| Anything you buy at the armageddon stall is money that goes directly in to the organizers hands. If you really want to show your support, buying a cocktail evening ticket ($60) is a great way, and you get to go to a cool event, meet all the stars and get food and drink.
Armageddon used to do t-shirts, but they stopped - probably because it wasn't making them enough money. |

| Truthfully, if you want Armageddon T-shirts, you'd be better suggesting them on the Armageddon forums - we're all con goers here, but we have nothing to do with the organisation of the con. :) |

| Thanks for the feedback. It seems the logical thing to do would be to go through the other channel, to the armageddon forums. I've been to Armageddon for the past 5 or so years now (even a couple at the Michael Fowler centre) and haven't seen them. Were they ones you noticed (Willuknight) at the Welly one or Chch? |

| It was at an auckland event, but I don't remember how long ago it was, maybe 5yrs?
They had a whole bunch of t-shirts celebrating 10years of Armageddon that AFAIK didn't sell very well. |
