What fabric should I use? By Rehtse. 06/06/10, 08:51 am |
| I need a fabric which will cling to the skin (like how knee-high socks or elbow gloves do, for example) for a pair of tight arm-warmers and I wanted the community's opinion before I went fabric shopping.
The said arm-warmers (Sorry I can't get a full picture of them):

| Stretch knit? Or you could even use actual socks, I used thigh high socks for Tifa's arm warmers when I had left the ones I had made at home |

| A nice, smooth knit would be perfect. I found an AMAZING jersey knit for my Sanzo costume a couple of years ago, which is pretty much the exact same design as that haha. It was a lovely slinky smooth material (I got it from Arthur Toye). |
