i was expecting crappy, seeing as i hate the first movie, and the little girl kinda scares me.

but
OH MY GOD.


this was AMAZING!!
lovelovelove.

the final battle scene was SO good, and i seriously had to fight back tears at the end, haha.

and prince caspian is damn fine, lmao.

so yeah, go see it. even if you didn't like the first, or think it may look lame, coz it's not :]

mm havent seen it yet, but i can pretty much imagine it will be just as bad as the first one. Whats the point of making a movie based on a book if your just going to say "screw the meaning behind this story, lets hollywoodize it"

but, it's only BASED on the books -- there's hardly any movies that contain EVERYTHING from the books their based on or whatever, and some of those movies are really great.

and come on, support nz! andrew adamson directed, helped produce and helped write the screenplay for it ^^

and it's just a great movie. i'll keep saying that xD

LOTR was probably one of the best book adaptions i've seen, and i disliked the original books, so its probably not the greatest representation.

good book to movie adaptions are few and far between, and most i can think of off the top of my head are shit

i don't have any high expectations for this one, nor will i think better of it just because its new zealand made. Stuff has to be good to earn my respect. Having said that, i will keep my mind open just in case it does actually turn out to be really well written :)

It was interesting...
um
lol is that all I can say?
I had no clue what it was gonna be about prior, so yeah, 'interesting'
It was pretty good, and yeah that last battle scene was epic.
Though I did like the first better =3

you know what, near the start, despite feeling that this was Caspian's movie, the 4 kids seemed like they had more of a part in the movie.
umm... okay probably doesn't make sense ah well. In all I thought it was pretty good ^^
(lol I look at 4 kids and see 4kids ><')

lol it feels like books to movies are like manga to anime ^^;

I liked it it was much better if not darker than the first movie, not sure I'd take little kids to see it though.

Now next book to turn into a movie : Enders Game (if they screw that up I'm gonna kill the director)

they are sooo going to screw that up. That book is epic beyond epic, theres no way it will translate into hollywood.

I heard someone bought the rights to it which means it's probably being made, yea probably won't be that good most movies are never as good as the books.

Twilight movie, anyone? I bet the movie will be crap :/. I don't really like the main character's actor.

I saw Prince Caspian on Friday. Caspian is so pretty *o*

The battle scene was epic. I loved how they killed off part of the army xD.

The actor for Caspian had a Spanish language/accent tutor, so it's supposed to be Spanish |D
