I might be moving to the city by next year. It might be alot to rent but I like to be closer to AUT.

It is incredibly expensive. You'd definitely have to flat. The average for a studio apartment is about $260 with no carpark, I think (my partner and I have a one bedroom with carpark, it's $330 GAHHH, it's a good building though).

If you moved in with other people you'd probably be looking at $150-$200. UNLESS! You move out past K Rd. In every other direction it gets more expensive, but around Queen St North the rent price drops a bit.

I dont have a car so that saves me some money. The problem is if I rent round my area its just as much. Botany is not cheap either. Arhhh nothing is cheap these days lol.

KFC is sooo nice.... I now have cravings.
