[Other] Flatmate wanted: Auckland City

Hi Once again we are in need of another flatmate.
Room is a nicely sized single bedroom (i.e. fits a single bed and still has enough space to actually move around in) with a large built-in wardrobe.

Flat is 5 min walk from Pak n' Save and bus stops, 15 - 20 min walk from Avondale shops,Avondale train station, Mt Albert shops (has a fabric store). Or a 5 min bus ride. 10 min bus ride to St Lukes and Lynnmall (New Lynn).

Rent is $110 per week, water incl. Just pay for rent, electricity and internet. Lounge is nicely sized and sparsely furnished (its my current workspace).

Kitchen and bathroom are both clean and in good order. Water pressure and heat is also great.

I will abide by CNZ rules and promise to give my fellow members service that is to the best of my ability

i should come and have a look since im failing at finding something for myself in newmarket/grafton/parnell.
