Disney, Retro, or Model Walk ? :/

Hey had a old idea about a murder crime solving idea, but that idea failed and was planning to edit but since due to closing down profile is making a new topic.

Thought about making a Cosplay Model Walk day, where people go down a certain runway Aile and pose (=
And was thinking about having a couple of judges and some random prizes to go towards things like " Funniest pose "
" best catwalk " ~

EDIT

Since just noticed that this idea is very familiar to the cosplay parade have made a poll on A) whether you want this idea to happen but let be different from the cosplay night or B) use this time for a Disney Night or C) use this time for another Retro Night. ( with old games/ movies )

It's not a bad idea though, I think June would be better as there's NZAE in May.

What I meant by that is that the judges for the Cosplay parade are thinking of giving some people the option to walk on, pose then walk off while others can answer questions in character if they wish.

Either way, it's cool, cosplayers will love any chance to show off their costumes anyway so I'm sure it's a good idea. Wink

I like the idea~
I don't know if it would be enough 'alone' for an event, what if we combined it with this one Re-Wearing cosplay day it would add to the fun of dressing up in fancy cosplays as well as having the catwalk (which we cosplayers all love)

I think that is what I was thinking as I remember it being a part of the cosplay games last year, as part of an event it would be great but on it's own ...? Maybe a little dull. (No offence). :think:

Actually I think that stringing a few events/ideas together for the "Re-Wearing cosplay day" would be a really good idea, especially if it will go on all day as it will give people stuff to do and we can really make a day/event out of it! nodnod

We have to choose?! I want all of the 3 bottom ideas! ;_; Why can't we still have the Disney night and Retro night as well? We did last year. I missed out on the Retro night last year so I don't want it to pushed aside in favour of something else. T_T Argh! Can't decide! *Flails* x_x

Somebody might pick up on a event like Disney Night, Sakura- Petals picked it up. (=

But this will be in June... There is your Birthday night and Phoenix's movie night in July.. The Geddon Ball will also be in June.. August might have Midsummer- Snow's birthday party but there is room for something else.. Sept is close to Auckland Geddon, October has Auckland Geddon and Nov is Christmas in the park, Will's Christmas party and Dec has the Santa Parade. Oh and July/ June has Midwinter Christmas. ( almost forgot )

If you want Rainbow and you want to organize a Disney Night or Retro Night you can, August and Sept have room for something..

But guess we could collide Retro Night and Disney night together ? .. make it another option on the poll ??

Or could maybe plan the winner in the poll in June and then have the other planned later on in the year ??

Nah, have them separate because if we sit around watching Disney movies all night then it's just a Disney night then isn't it and not a Retro night. There would be no time for Retro things if we did that and I want them because I missed out last year.

I have my own birthday plans. Razz

Anyway don't worry about the future, just focus on one thing at a time or you'll stress yourself out.

Claire, someone is an warped bat-fowling horn-beast. Get over it. Whoever this is - and unfortunately, we can't check who - has it in their head that they're going to be a Richard. It's what happens - even on CNZ. The solution is to ignore said person - they're obviously doing it to get under your skin, and by getting upset about their asshattery, you're letting them win.

It's one person who is such a weaboo that they think picking on someone makes them clever. Ignore them.

What Jess said ^^ I don't quite get what is going on or what you mean by the red mark thing (The bar thingy? Correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just guessing here. I dunno, I rarely pay attention to that, I can never see mine anyway so I don't worry about it) but whatever it is it's not worth worrying about or letting that person get to you. There will always be Richards in life wherever you go and not everyone will always agree with you or like you, you need to accept that. Just ignore the jerks in life, smile and move on. Smile

I'd still like to see whatever ideas you have, the Catwalk thing sounds interesting and like it could work, it'd be a shame if you abandoned it and us. sad

Is seeing the doctors tomorrow, and is going to take some time away from CNZ. @ JVCA - yeah, whoever is doing it... it's working..
but will take a break, come back here extra stronger and tougher and won't let the person win anymore.

Will it be okay to update this thread, and bump it up a little bit ?

Was thinking since Disney is getting the highest vote in the poll, to do just the same as last year and just book the Hub and everybody share junk food together ?~
