CNZ has a three strike policy - three official warnings, and you get a temporary suspension, a fourth and you will be permanently banned. Usually though, unless they\\\'ve done something REALLY bad, CNZ gives you a casual warning first, as a reminder not to do it again. ;)

42) What is SPCC?
Society for the Protection of Cosplay. People may join SPCC for a fee ranging between $5-30 (depending on the length of time) and can get special benefits from being a member. They are there for the purpose of helping other cosplay events run (with the idea of giving some money to help get it started). The beauty of it all - no tax~

43) Define Cosplay!
Cosplay is an experience, an epic event, a fun time hanging out with friends and many more things tide together with a string of stress. Cosplay by meaning is Costume playing. People dress up as Characters from anime, manga, tv shows, movies, books anything goes really! There are many different levels of cosplay, from pulling things out of your own closest, to going to save mart and editing clothes, right up to spending 60+ hours on one PART of the cosplay, there is something for everyone ^_^

44) What was the most fun you\\\\\\\'ve had in the Cosplay New Zealand Yuletide Tournament?
The gathering to take pictures for events 1 and 3. Meeting new members (and making new friends) has been so much fun. As a team CSI worked well with our hidden forum, coming up with ideas for each event with went beyond what as asked of us.
Ze Pervy Kappa: CNZYT to me is amazing, it was a shame I joined so late.. D;
But I saw how involved everyone was and I just HAD to join in the fun. It is alot of fun, there is so many amazing people I have met. I am really happy I joined in this fun event.
CNZYT is a fun way to introduce new people into our crazy ways. 8D
Kitty of Doom: CNZYT for me was a great way for me to meet people from CNZ. It encouraged me to try and go to more events and it is a great way to make people meet others who they haven't yet met.
Mandie_Chan: After a lot of interesting twists and turns through this wonderfing and interesting Yuletide torniment, surprisingly the most fun I had was doing the quiz. Being back on CNZ rather than on the Team CSI forum made it feel more like home. Many thanks to you wonderful mods for your efforts. ^_^
ninja-pie: Meeting everyone I met at the Santa Parade, and the photos for the tournament and the mad scramble of everyone wracking their brains for answers to the quiz!

45) What is CNZ, to your team?
CNZ is a place filled with people just like us in that they like to cosplay, or at least read manga and watch anime. CNZ is a dysfunctional family, we all are odd in our own ways but what keeps us together is the fact that most of us are odd and don't fit in quite as well in normal society and so we huddle together to stay warm against the harsh icy stares, whispers and catty comments we get for being ourselves. CNZ always listens when we want to moan and is always ready to start talking about tap-dancing penguins out of the blue. It is open to all and does not judge on age, race or gender.A place to meet new people, or reconnect with those you meet at a Armageddon convention. It's got the wacky, the wild, the crazy, the duck, the 12 year olds (in all their wonderful glory) and the kitten. It has something for everyone. From those who are trying to make their first cosplay to those who just want to play a game of mafia, CNZ is a welcoming place where to can sit, relax and ~~put your feet up~~ type away.
CNZ is like a home, one where we are always welcome and remembered. At any time we can just pop in and everyone will just be like 'Hi! I made some cookies. Help yourself to them'

That is what CNZ is to us.

I have a suggestion of how to do it
We separate everyone into slightly smaller groups for them to work on certain questions

For example: 30 questions all together. Only 20 members of CSI can help. Four groups of five and each group work on 6 questions. Or two groups of ten working on 15 questions etc. (Just create three threads for working on or something)

Then, once a group is satisfied with their answers, they can post their answers here and everyone decides whether they are good or something should be changed and do it. If a group finishes, they can take a question from a group who has several to go, and do that one.

This would be quite fast and get questions answered.

But it would need more than three people sweatdrop

The only reason I won't be online is if I have to do something. Which I shouldn't.

And I think breaking into small groups, or even each picking a question to work on alone (with discussion so that we don't have two people doing the same question) would be the most effective way.

And do we want speed, detail, or both?

I suggested it because some people will know the answer straight away, or they may know where to look for it so it's easiest just to let people go and find it/post it

Me thinks that WHEN people have an answer they should BOLD it so then whomever edits it into one post can do so easily.
