Cosplay dreams.

I tend to dream about stuff that is forefront of my mind... so around 'Geddon, this naturally translates into many, many cosplay dreams.

I had a dream where I had to make a wig out of hair from the carpet and random bits I found in my handbag, because I hadn't got one yet. This one was absolutely terrifying at the time, but when I woke up I lol'd hard.

And of course, the dream where my cosplay literally fell apart at the seams. Good times Cosplay dreams. 375551

Since it took forever to type out before, here's some copy-pasta of a dream I just told Cassiel about over MSN. xDDD

Then we all went off to watch some anime and get stuff signed.

But when we got to the signing booth, the only guest there was a crappy one, so we were like 'bleh'.

I've had toooooooooons of dreams of me working on my costumes, near the end of the dream I'd be nearly finished and then I'd wake up.
"CRAP, MY ENTIRE NIGHT WASTED!"

also, dreams of me at geddons and something would go wrong, like I haven't done my costume or finishing it. These are very painful dreams ;_____;

@Icarus:Sounds like my exam dreams.

My dreams are much more mundane than Pyros- mainly they're just things like "Yay, armageddon! wait, noones here and I forgot my cosplay."
or I end up cosplaying a charcter who I despise, and the costume won't come off.

I reamed the other night the Auckland cosplay picnic was moved to a park at the beach. And i fell over and trod on the glasses for my Yuki Nagato cosplay.

Then the tide came up and some cosplayers started to get washed away while the rest ran for the cliffs. I couldn't get there fast enough so I got wet, and then my bag and some cosplayers started getting sucked into a giant washing machine. Then everyone just sat there and watched it spin, hoping their belongings/friends would come out. Then it spewed out some people and my bag, and I was relieved that my phone still worked after getting wet... and then the dream ended.

Mine go along the lines of holy crap I just got lost in some dark scary woods on the way to the con. when i emerge from the other side I see a ghost town where no one is there to tell me where to go. I continue walking throwing small rocks at people's windows, until finally a man on a horse cosplaying as Kaito emerges and says Kiki, who is my Len, get on my horse and we can travel to the con together.

DON'T DO IT.

Wellington harbour is not extremely polluted, but the water directly around the waterfront is full of...unpleasant stuff.

A couple of nights ago I had a dream where my gray wig got stuck to my head at Wellygeddon and the next day I had to use my own hair for a cosplay, I then sat down and pulled out all my hair with large crowd of people watching me.

and my first dream about cosplay (I've only had 2 I can remember) I was wearing Haruhi Suzumiya's bunny suit in town and it fell apart.

I don't generally dream about cosplay and remember it but the 2 I can remember are just wierd

I've had one where me and Hannah went to AuckGeddon but got lost and couldn't actually find the arena.
Ones where I've put on the wrong cosplay and have had to quickly bus home and change.

& one where Cacti came to stay at my hosue for WellyGeddon XD

I had a dream when I got to Auckgeddon and Lizzi had killed everyone [in her pikachu cosplay] and I was like, 'WTF WHY DID YOU DO THAT.'
she said, 'Because they stole my sandwich.'
And then I woke up.

^ Funny that, I had a dream where I was in my pikachu cosplay and I enslaved all the cosplayers with my mind powers, and made Admin make me a sandwich. And azeria/Pura/SockPanda/syne/_Yuki/Tammy were all my maids hurdurr.

Uh, other then that - I had a dream where everyone on CNZ cosplayed reborn characters, except it turned out it was a real mafia, and somehow I became the leader of the 'real' twelve year old mafia, and we had bitchin' fights.

I haven't had dreams where I've cosplayed. I've had dreams that other people cosplayed randomly. And dreams when I made a whole cosplay and then woke up realizing that I'm only half-way/no where near done OTL.

I once had a horrible nightmare where it was like a half hour before the comp, and I had no costume. So I was running around buying fabric with fifteen minutes to go and somehow believing it possible to get it done in time. I have spent far too much time in recent years stressing out and sewing last minute...

I had the weirdest dream I was soupposed to be going to Armageddon as Ren from elemental gelade but I hadn't made anything yet. And For my fabrics class we had to make a Wearable arts thing to enter in WOW...I had just finished them both. And in the WOW comp I wore my cosplay and vice versa....I felt so fail.

ooo i had a bad one . .

it was armageddon and we were walking round and i realised that i hadnt made my costume... and my mum told me not to worry like we'd have it done by the contest like in 2 days 0.0. and my brother was cosplaying as naruto LOL (he hates it) and everyone in my class at school were there and it looked like my primary school. 0.0

hate those dreams that you forget to make your costume. or have run out of time....
