Don't worry, most people actually don't spike the punch - they want to keep their alcohol to themselves

Plus, I am sure everyone on here know that underage + giving alcohol = no no

Plus it's good for saftey reasons to keep a eye on you glass at all times, and hold your glass of alcohol in your own hands for as long as possible. =) [ Learnt that at High School ]

Yes. But at the type of cosplay event you will find in ChCh it should not be a worry.

That's a different kind of spiking all together. But you are definitely right. I'd like to hope the risks of being roofie'd are a lot less at a cosplay/Armageddon party than at a club, but people from all walks of life can suck. Better to be safe and guard your drink at all times than sorry

Also Lumissne even though most people can be trusted and I'm sure NO ONE will spike your drink, still make sure you go with a good close friend and keep an eye on your own drink. After all this would be a good place to practice the small things that may come up at other parties when you're older ^_^

To be perfectly honest i doubt there will be much alcohol around anyway, and even if some people to bring some, i doubt they'll want to share it with people who don't want it, but as Mandie said, good practices to develop for other parties.

In the interest of security (seeing as this is my home after all) I will put up the exact address closer toward the event.

For now, I will post the bus routes in the first post.

Our house is near Riccarton Rd, several blocks away from the Westfield Riccarton Mall.

If you need to know the address now, just PM me, otherwise will probably put it up the week of Armageddon.
