eBay and a wig nub
Post By Guest. 18/02/10, 08:57 am

A wig I ordered from eBay just arrived today. I was disappointed with it as not only has it been squished in some strange position, it has also affected the "auto" styling of the wig. This has made most of the front area of the wig to be mostly netting, and the centre-top a forest of random curls and spikes.

There doesn't seem to be any sort of parting or radiating point that the wig is meant to follow, and the reference picture on eBay seems to have mysteriously vanished. I know I should post a pic of what I have, but I can't find the charger for my batteries for my camera. XD If I do, I'll post it ASAP. So...I was wondering...

Is it possible to use the straightening method on this wig to get rid of all of the styling, and hope like hell it forms its own parting/point? If not, how am I supposed to figure this crazy wig out? O_O

EDIT#2: I just realised I have a webcam...duh. x__x

Spoiler:

Unfortunately, you can't really see how bad it is with that awful camera/lighting/my skills. XD

some wigs don't have a place to part, those are the ones that have really fizzy roots.

is it pre-styled(styled with product) or fall styled(doesn't have any product in it)?
If it's just fall styled have you tried to comb it back into place.

washing might help, if not the just clip the wig hair where you want it to be over night & see if that works.

It is pre-styled. I'm afraid to comb it because it might ruin the wig, as I have been warned time and time again. o_O I don't know if I have a wig-worthy comb.

But yea, I might try washing it...I hope it falls back into place.
