Yes, it will. For the most part it will be inside, but bring a raincoat for running around outside in.

Yeah, my cosplay is just going to be normal clothes while wearing my wings. xDDD And probably a sign that says something like 'Myfanwy - I'M A FREAKING DINOSAUR'
