The OHSHC soundtrack / character songs are pretty upbeat.

Oh and a favourite, " Before He Cheats " by Carrie Underwood. It may not be happy persay . . but it makes me grin everytime and I feel like punching the air and saying YOU GO GIRL >:3

Welll...My music mostly isnt what youd call happy as I listen to a lot of metal but the hardness and screams in that pep me up and get the blood pumping.

But as for actual happy songs that make me happy:
Most of Owl City's stuff
Glee music
Pokemon music
Bleach music
Louis Armstrong (mostly)
ZZ Top

But yeah I prefer to head bang for a bit to get happy ^^
