@jp, on behalf of everyone from the dinner, thank you so much for helping fix the bill for us, you put in a lot of money over the two dinners and even offered to put more if we didn't have enough. Also thank you for being like our photographer, inside the con and on all our walkabouts (into town etc) THANK YOU SO MUCH!

why is it that there are some many awesome KH costumes? its not fair for those of us that don't have PS2s !

also the cosplay dinner was the bomb. IT'S A FORK *everyone laughs manically*

funniest: teenage mutent ninja turtle falling off stage! (video comming soon)

worst: my audio track for my skit not working at all, and having to adlib something.

The games, okay well going into the square for photos, doing the human pyrmid, it was so scary being on top of everyone oO and running around that tree lmao... then there were the dances lol caramell and hare hare yukai even though I had no idea what I was even doing D: XD

The dinner! Yeah no one knows how much relief I felt when Spike and Lisa, commended me for finding the restaurant, and then everyone clapped =3 awww, I luv you guys. Half of that day was so stressful, and to know the dinner went so well was just great XD

Just hanging out with everyone again, you guys all rock, and... SHUT UP I REMEMBER IT ALL! I WONT FORGET!

okay and our group that never was, winning the best game cosplay category =D
considering I wasn't even going to enter cause I wasn't happy with how it came out, if it wasn't for my friends persuading me too enter then I wouldn't have.

um um bad

okay not getting the dance mixes for the games ;;
still not having the chance to talk to people I really wanted to talk to. GAH TIME GOES SO FAST.

oh Angie, to think I met you this time last year and thought you were an incredibly sexy man.

I let so many people down on Sunday to go off with my darlingest best friend after something awful happened to her. Saturday was fab though. an L cosplayer gave me a lollipop and I... followed several bunches of randoms around. I actually didn't enjoy myself very much but this is what I get for being a lamer.
wow, I actually deserve to be hit by a train. lol

we planned it while waiting for armageddon to open, so we had all day - rofl we practiced doing it in sync in the park and stuffs

Oh god, I just got back in Dunedin after a long drive in which I ended up being so very wired and loud, much to the dismay to those trying to sleep in the van. Anyways my memories from Chch Armageddon...

Best moments: The dinner, by far that was the most fun I had that was related to Armageddon. Our table was cooler because we had Spike and Lisa. Still, I actually can't remember clearly the stuff that went on then.

Bleach cosplay in general, the group was awesome as a whole and our Bankai was epic.

The cosplay walk to Maccas along with the temporary stop at the chess board for me to pose. Those players were so nice to let me interrupt their game for the photo shoot. Although Duckeh nearly ruined it by attempting to move a piece.

Finding a Pizza Hut box and turning it into a prop for my cosplay along with the fact I did all this product placement for my own amusement. Remember, Support the Rebellion and eat at Pizza Hut.

Just knowing so many more people at the con this time round. Half because I met most of you at Wellington, half because I met you all here. It seemed a lot more relaxed and eventful this time around in Christchurch as opposed to Wellington where I like knew no one, also there were less cosplay games.

Worst moments: Getting called by my parents on my cellphone THREE times and getting embarrassed during both the AMV contest and the cosplay judging. Granted, the first 2 times were informing me that I had lost my cellphone which I was lucky to get back. So props to the officers roaming around the centre that found it for me.

My Gin outfit fell apart a couple of times due to the weight I put into it by storing all my stuff inside the gi. Which got worse when I lent my safety pin to a friend who was cosplaying Circucci Thunderwitch and the gi just couldn't support anything so I had to readjust it a lot.

My complete lack of pockets! Carrying everything was so annoying, especially when I was in the Zero outfit, I was carrying two bags and my camera underneath my cape so I was glad that when I put on the Ashford Academy uniform I finally gained pockets to put stuff in.

After looking at some pictures already, my biggest regret now is not actually putting on the black makeup on my face for Sora, I ran out of time before the judging (remember I was hitsu for the morning) not to mention Duckeh had it and I couldn't find her. Then after I was gonna change back but meh it was only like 30min to the stage thing anyway. I hoped my wig would have covered the side of my face but I did forget how short and thin it was.

I really wished the restaurant hadn't split us up, they said they'd fit us all at one table >> ... but ah well, lol it sounded like the other table had a lot of fun and hahah some pictures are up!

and... I bought nothing, again! Gah @_@;

the final of that contest was awesome to watch as well, it just kept going lmao
I was walking down the stairs kinda feeling low, faint at the time (I was alone at this point cause I couldn't handle sitting in the panel that everyone had gone too) I think it was all due to the stress during lunch. Anyway, this little girl just above my knee height ran up to me and said "whats your characters name?" I told her, and she did this pause, spread out her arms and said "can I have a hug...?"

@Aura: wow, thanks. :) To be honest it wasn't really that much, but at any rate, I think it's great that you guys are letting me hang around with you since I'm not actually cosplaying, so taking photos is the least I can do. Plus quite of a few of the photos catch lots of really random moments (nothing too embarrassing, just random). ;p

I think the dinners are a great idea, and it must take a lot of organising aswell. I was quite surprised you'd arranged for the guests aswell since it was completely unexpected, but you've done a great job. So, um, yeah, thanks to the organisers too. :)

If you do another one at Auck Armageddon, with or without guests give me a yell. :)

Yeah organising the dinner can be a tad stressful but as long as it works out in the end (which both did) its totally worth it. We were planning to invite the special guests from the start, and contacted them way back in December ^^
What was organised last minute was the lunch with Liam... he actually asked us that morning "since I can't come to the dinner tonight would you like to do lunch?" =3

The dinners, cosplay or non-cosplay, are turning into an armageddon tradition no? XD
I'm pretty sure we'll do one for auck ^^

hehe, thanks anyway, on both counts, and yes, definitely let me know for auck.

On the minor downside, just started going through the photos and most of them are a bit more grainy than i like which is a real nuisance. sad

Viewed at lower res they're not so bad, but at maximum you can see the graininess really badly. Plus after all that I finally found where they'd hidden the sports mode on the new camera. grr. oh, well. i'll let you guys decide after i finally get them uploaded back in wellington.

I took none this whole weekend since I couldn't since I dont have a camera.
I do have a lot of random video moments, like us walking through town and stuffs =D

I have another regret, I was so busy thinking I hate this costume (sora) that I never even thought about styling sora's wig. It completely slipped my mind, how could you forget to style the hair I mean come on... >>

bad (nah, they're not bad hahah):

I couldn't be bothered renaming them all like I did with Wellington but I don't think that matters. When I flipped through the photos I had noticed I didn't have my scarf adjusted properly the whole day when I was in the Zero outfit so you can't see the blue gem in the center of the collar which kinda sucks, but the rest of the outfit looked fine and it's not like anyone seemed to care.

Best - meeting so many awesome people, going "hey! aren't you "___" from the forums?", stalking the bleach cosplayers on Saturday and having like 3 cameras thrust on me to take photos, walking through town, having people recognise me, meeting the VAs and Lisa and finding out they're all so nice, being glomped by Duckeh when you guys picked me up, spending moneys, completing all of Jess' errands successfully, being recognised (real people in real life called me Aurellion! oh yeah! XD ...and they said it right, too!), getting free things, seeing the very pretty Christchurch for the first time and seeing all the amazing cosplays!

Worst - having the flight being delayed and being very bumpy. Not remembering to eat. XD Having to re hot-glue my keyblade during the con after an accident, thinking I have until 2:30 to fix it and it was actually at 1 when the judging was on... >_<
