Calling all Pokemon cosplayers! (Photoshoot for cosplay magazine)

Hello everyone :)

For my final major project for my Graphic Design degree I am making a New Zealand cosplay magazine. Please read more about it on my intro to it here: http://forum.cosplay.co.nz/t11270-nz-cosplay-magazine-uni-major-project-help-wanted

For one part of the magazine it would be great to do a cosplay showcase on a specific series. Pokemon has been chosen because there are quite a few Pokemon cosplayers and I think having a big pokemon photoshoot would be a lot of fun! :)

The goal is to get as many Pokemon cosplayers together as we can. The photo shoot will be in Auckland City somewhere, probably in Albert Park, but if anyone has any better suggestions for a locations please say so.

I've been thinking about when to do it... Saturday 10th Sepstember would be great, though it's the same day as the Onehunga Library cosplay event. Unless we did it beforehand (it starts at 2pm). Otherwise we could do it the Sunday after - 18th September.

Let me know if you are keen and what you will cosplay :).

yup i'll be there if i dont have anything on. :) and i'll bring Ting.

I know the the ACP group by face, but I cant really remember their cnz names.. The ones I can remember are fleyer, cosplay69..

maybe try hunting for them on fb? or better yet go through the old ACP thread.

I'll ask them if I see them around :)

I have decided we will do the photoshoot on Saturday September 10
(If anyone has any objections we can still change it to the 18th)

I am going to try and make myself a Charizard gijinka cosplay in time for this :)

^ The Onehunga Library cosplay parade is on that day, but it doesn't start till 2pm. The Pokemon shoot will be at 10ish and go for no more than an hour I'm guessing :)
Or did you mean something non-cosplay related being on that day?

Just letting everyone know, my uncle died suddenly this week and the funeral is either going to be on Friday or Saturday. The photo shoot will have to be postponed to the 18th if the funeral is on Saturday. They'll probably decide tomorrow, I will post again then.
