Minifies
They have a wide range or professional theatre makeup, wigs, masks, vampire fangs. Check out the website. They courier to the whole country. Their range of wigs is huge and before you order online from an overseas site I would check them out.

Nice list~

I have some random reccomendations for certain things people might be looking for; and I'll try source some more so people can know where to buy certain pieces:

PVC-VINYL-LEATHER

ParaRubber
(Really good PVC available there, though I haven't seen if it's sewable. I'll check sometime.)

Plastic Box
(Also sells PVC, though once again, I don't know how easy it is to sew.)

Fabric Vision -Town-
(ZOMG THEY HAVE SO MUCH PVC AND I LOVE THEM. They retail lots of colours, and black in both dulled PVC and normal PVC. Check it out if you're cosplaying D. Grayman or one of the SHM from FFVII, you're gonna find something useful there.)

Spotlight
(Eh... They stock vinyl, but it can be hard to sew on older machines. Be prepared to buy lots of vinyl needles and specialized parts before attempting this on a 1963 Bernina.)

Global Fabrics
(Stock real leather... Over $100 a metre. Only for hardcore people.)

I know you can buy really cheap spraypaint from Super Cheap Auto. About $4. I'm not sure about the quality of it though.

Also, it is worthwhile to sign up to the Spotlight newsletters. They have the mad discounts (especially useful for patterns) as well as overall discounts on everything.

Minifies is the place to go for wigs before you try to order online they have a huge range and prices start at just $16 going up in price to above $75.

I prefer to get wigs from ebay.
Coz most of the time you can get custom wigs that are made specifically for your character

Here is one of the replies.

Small wood, palm, paper or silk fans are also available in Christchurch from the Hop Yick Trading Co, near South City, for under $3 each.
