It's about aliens who are actually angels and they are deciding whether to destroy the "Earthian" AKA us. The story focuses on a plus-checker (one who marks up the good things and a minus-checker (ditto but for the bad things). As soon as the Earthian reach 10,000 minuses then they will be destroyed.

It is BL but buuuuuh so good.
