So its that time of year again!
If you can't remember, let me refresh your minds:
Early this year, (in the beginnng of January), Christchurch and Dunedin Cosplayers traveled to Timaru for a one night stay of epic fun times, and to attend the Caroline Bay Carnival.

We are attempting to do this again.

When: Jan 2nd-3rd (Sat-Sun)
Where: Timaru (I am going to get in contact with the same Scout Hall we used last time and see if we may use it again.)
How much:
Hall hire: $10 (PAY ANGIE)
Petrol: $15? (PAY THE DRIVER ON THE MORNING)
Food: $30ish? (enough to cover takeouts saturday night and sunday morning)
Whatever munnies you want to spend at the carnival (rides cost $2/3)

Bring:
Cosplays
Sleeping stuffs
Lunch for Saturday morning
Togs/towel if you want to go for a swim!

At the moment we just want to know how many would be keen for this, so we can work out the costs etc. Once we've got an estimate, we'll ask you to confim whether you are indeed coming, if you are confirming, you will need to put a deposit in advance, and we can only accommodate a max of 20 people.

If you are on this list you are paying the hall hire/petrol costs (around $35/40) WHETHER YOU ACTUALLY END UP COMING OR NOT. We are NOT having people left to cover the cost because you change your mind/circumstances change/whatever else.
ONLY 20 PLACES, though this is also limited by car space!

I am coming. I will be ready to get away from my parents and Blenheim by then.
Also I am taking Lennon, Meghan and Emma, so I have only one free seat left on the way down.

Pura, see if you can get cheap flights to ChCh. Or cheap ferry to Picton, and the flight back from ChCh? Ican get you from Picton to Timaru, and back to ChCh. (I won't hassle you as much this time.)

Petrol: When we went to DnDn I guessed $100 there and back, but may have been a bit light? Anne, do you remember? But have just done 220K to Asburton and back and it cost $25. And that was a very good run (7.5L/100K, 4 year old car), other cars may not be as good. It did include pick ups and drop offs all the way to the other side of ChCh. Over $50 per car, not sure if it would be $75?

@Glenn: Petrol costs for the driver will be sorted out although probably a bit later when everyone has confirmed and Angie has sorted things out etc. So don't worry about it, we worked all this out last time too so it shouldn't be too hard to do it again. $Timaru Carnival Camp Thing - who\'s keen? i was going to drive the dunedin people up but that is absolutely impossible now.

i don't even know if i can afford bus tickets considering the chinese embassy has just screwed me around AGAIN and stolen more money but i will as always do my best to come up
