ok ladies and gentlemen

although i knew not of this event due to the overwhelming demand for transportation i am taking steps to aquire my own car back for tomorrow. if i manage to get it then i will be able to take people to ashvegas however any and all passengers will need to reimburse me a small amount for fuel as i am completely broke i will let you all know by the end of today if i can aquire the car or not

Is going to skip out on this, sorry Ashburton guys.

But is a weak traveler, and is not sure Mum can make the trip and don't want to be a pain to anybody here that take a lift with. Have been like this since 05 and- just have to take breaks while is traveling on the road, otherwise wouldn't feel too good..

Seriously when went down to Ashburton a fortnight ago, it took a extra hour to travel down there, and my mum and aunt didn't like it at all/ seriously they were kind of ticked off about it all..

EDIT (I have found out that Olli, Hyde and Emma are not coming so I have three free seats. So I can actually take the others? Depends on if you wish to go Sirius.)

Riven, Mandie said that you and her had a full car!

Thats why the sign up thread was started to try to clear this up.

But since we know of people coming, but people are not in a hurry to use the sign up thread,
that's why the organizers were confused.

My list was complied from all the threads, and personal conversations, to try and get people to confirm if they are still coming. (Or if they intend to stay overnight.)

So we are still not sure about numbers, food required, sleeping facilities required, or transport!

Riven/MM/Sirius/Claire. Thanks for letting us know.

Sirius I know people will thank you for this. But not sure who all is left to take. Claire is not going, so RainbowMoonDust. Have not heard from Grell, so unsure. And not sure about Mandie and the others she seemed to think were going?

it is confirmed i have access to a vehicle tomorrow
as riven is not going i am taking mandie-chan any others needing a ride must contact me as soon as possible and include in the pm a contact number so i can arrange times and pickups

please note there are only three additional seats and we will not be staying the night

When I posted things were a lot different and I did assume about MM/steven/Sirius/V_Q (because it was likely)

Hey, Jen here, if anyone is needing a ride I think we have a space or two, we're leaving here at 6 and will be going back to chch in the evening (not staying over night) couple of $ for petrol would be appreciated.
