maybe we could ask the armageddon people if they could lend us a BIG table and chairs??

I was gonna look into places that rent them out and see if they could deliver it to the event, that way we can have it for all our events and not have to worry how were gonna get it back XD

umm couldnt we like just sit on the ground with a nice picnic cloth instead ... hopefully itll be sunny so itll look more picnicky and a table adn chair would get in the way of other people and i think youd need permission to set one up under the roofed aarea if it raains ...

We'll sit under the covered area on th e steps. It's quite big so it should be fine. There was a bit of drizzle on Sunday(?) of 'geddon last year but most of us stayed under there and kept pretty dry.

Picnic cloth >8D

It's so much easier and convenient, and I don't think anyone would mind if we just threw it out and had a tea party really ^-^ As opposed to table and chairs which take a long time to set up/take down/return.

I think a nice pretty picnic cloth should be fine~ It might actually look better too lol.

Well i myself voted Cloth As its just far easier and Far cheaper and who ever is bringing it will just be able to carry it around the con.

if we do have cloths they should be lacy but we should put an extra cloth under the lacy one so it doesn't get dirty.
