Flatmate wanted in Welly! MAYBE solved?

Edit: ...omfg, we might have filled it already. She won't be confirming just yet, but she's a cosplayer looking for a place, so I'm gonna put this as "solved" for now. If plans change I'll update the post!

So, one of our boys just gave his notice - he's leaving us on the first of january. This leaves us in an awkward position, because our lease expires on the 31st of jan, so we need to find someone fairly quick so we can renew the lease in confidence!

The room is big, sunny, and has a double wardrobe - no problems with damp as far as we know, and there's a network cable running through as well if wireless isn't your thing. Biiiiig lounge, very comfy with the best couches EVER, and although our bathroom curently bites ass it's being done up by the landlords over christmas Razz

One bathroom upstairs, one toilet downstairs. We have a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher, and we're on two main bus routes.

Current flatties are gamers and cosplayers, with an artist thrown in for good measure, and like to keep things clean. Not necessarily tidy, but CLEAN.

Damn but that sounds good. If I was planning to move out I would seriously consider this, but I cannot. Not planning to until Second year at uni.

Yeah, if you can live at home you definitely should - I got all huffy and "inependent" this year, and now my pride won't let me go home!

One more thing to mention - we have the most amazing water pressure in the shower EVER. Some flats I've been in just kinda dribble, and it's dumb. Ours is awesome! You don't even have to scrub lmao, the water does it for you! Showers are amazing Very Happy

Oh, now I like the sound of it even more...I hate showers with low water pressure with such a passion.

But yeah...My scholarship will cover most of my costs for first year, so I'm planning to put away some next year in preperation for flatting. That and I kinda dont wanna move out again after moving twice in the last two years....and my parents are both really awesome cooks...>_> <_<

GO GREEN TOILET GO! We just had a mate of mine in to look, and while she won't be confirming just yet, she will more than likely take it. e_____e I have never found a flatmate this quick, ever. Sorry Jackie....T____T BUT. When I have another empty room I'll call you first!!

@Thornback: yeah, that's a better plan than I had lol. I got my course-related costs and promptly spent it ALL on flat stuff. I have an amazing bed though, lol...so it wasn't *all* for nothing!
