ACP 2010! Third year running~!

ACP 2010 is being organised!

It will possibly happen on a saturday at the end of January or early February C:
It will still be held in the Auckland Domain, but in a different location from last time.
Cosplay is a MUST and make sure its a costume that will not fall apart, is easy to run around in and will keep you cool. Since this is a summer event, plan a summer cosplay! C:
There will be awards, food, drinks and games~! Someone say fear factorrrrrr? ;D

Confirmed details:
Date: 30th January 2010
Location: Auckland Domain (exact whereabouts will be pinpointed later on)
TimeSTART: 11AM
TimeEND: 4-5PM

Compulsory

Cosplay suitable for summer (Absolutely no heavy cloaks, leather jackets, etc)
You should bring a bottle of water for yourself! This is important!
Please bring your own sunscreen! We are not responsible for your death by barbecue.
Bring a plate per group or person.

More confirmed details will be released at a later date.

In the event of a rainy day.... I say we invade the city with cosplay. I will be getting everyone`s number and I will be mass texting whether or not it will rain and we have to move. Most likely at Auckland Uni`s quads 8Db

I go back on the 1st of Fed I think, not sure if this is all colleges or just mine though ~~would so go to the picnic even if I had to skip school~~
