It says 21 cm in length... do you guys think that's when it's folded or at it's full length?

it's probably the length for when it's folded, it'd waaaaay too small as 21cm around the arm

There we go. 8D It's 42cm by 10cm.

There's like a cm between the black lines and the top and bottom edges of the fabric. 8D; You just can't see it in there. Oops.

It /should/ be a vector image.
