Art and Photography take up alot of time though Dx
And IT doesn't have an exam.

Photography takes up less time than I had thought - I did two thirds of a board in two hours, easily - it's having the ideas for the photos that's tricky. @_@

I'm wondering if cosplay would be a good idea for photography (a friend of mine is getting out Lolita friend to model for her xDDD).

But I'd probably get lots of sugar honey iced tea for it though. *cosplay is weeeeird to outsiders D;<)

My other presentation was all about Disney hahaha.

Depends on how you portray the idea. Photog is not so much about how good the images look, but the ideas behind them (which seems ridiculous to me, but oh well - that's NCEA for you). If it's just pictures of people in costume, you won't even pass, but if you put an idea behind it - say, self-esteem issues or escapism or something, I don't know - then I think it'd be fine.

Oh and can anyone tell me the what the kanji? are in English or Romaji, on Syaorans Lazen board / compass?

That's coz Japanese borrows chinese characters - that's what Kanji are - characters borrowed from the Chinese language.

Sometimes the meanings are the same, but they are read differently. Chinese characters are generally more complex, although there are characters that exist in both languages.

but i do know that there are the 5 base elements on it

火 fire (hi)
水 water (mizu)
金 metal (kin)
土 earth (do)
木 wood (ki)

the words beside the kanji is the romanji =D because i dont read them in chinese XD

North - water
East - Fire
South - Wind
West - Earth (or ground?)

EDIT:

and for a bit more translating, the ones going diagonal out are (starting from between earth and water and going clock wise) North, East, South, and west.

And the one above Water is heaven.
and the one below wind is ground... although it would probably be like earth or something...
I'm not too sure about the ones out from fire and earth though...

Oh and even more translating, the characters diagonally below the NESW (the diagonal ones) are Winter, Spring, Summer, and Autumn (starting from the same place as I started with the other ones).

Ok, if my directions are terrible I'm sorry... But so far that's everything but 2 characters translated. And that's my kanji revision for the day...
