| Oh my glee!
I just watched the 9th episode, and it has Kurt (my favourite character) singing one of my favourite songs, Defying Gravity. I love him so much (in a platonic way, of course ) |

Re: Glee By Le_Saboteur. 14/11/09, 01:16 am |
| That was only episode 2! Not much happened in the first one, just you know, introductions.
Thoughts on ep2:
Mr Schu's wife is crazy.
OMGosh the lipsyncing is so bad in some places. Yikes.
Seeing Push It on tv was even better than just watching it on YouTube. Funny. As. Hell. Wheelchair boy 8'D
Massive lols at the celibacy club. 'Remember, the sound of the balloon popping will make the angels cry'. Also; 'I only joined the celibacy club to get in her pants'.
Coach Tanaka and Jane Lynch's character (can't even think of the characters name, she's just... Jane Lynch XD) are so funny. 'We'll have stable income because I'm a minority and they can't fire me.'
I luled. Oh, and exciting!! Joss Whedon is writing an episode at some point (probably season 2?)! <333 |

Re: Glee By TinTango. 17/11/09, 03:10 am |
| In NZ it's just shown ep2. I think the next episode is going to be better though.... if my memory serves me right. And Mr Shu trying to get the group to do "freak out" when he was just trying to relive his own glee days... sad.
In US, episode 9 was delayed (I think their network was showing the Baseball World Series in the Glee timeslot) but I'm glad it came back, especially with Defying Gravity. - Spoiler:
The scenes with Kurt's Dad, are especially awesome, and take the show to a whole 'nother level. Requisite viewing for all Dad's I think!
Even after all these episodes, Im still amazed at how great these guys sing!
Addit: I was on Cosplay.com and saw that someone actually cosplayed Sue Sylvester (@saboteur: she has the best lines, and her delivery is superb) OMG!! http://www.cosplay.com/costume/264117/ |

Re: Glee By firecat70. 18/11/09, 02:05 pm |
| Did you know the guy who plays Kurt originally auditioned for Artie (a.k.a. Wheels). He didn't get it, but they liked him so much they wrote the part of Kurt in for him
@TinTango I agree! I love how the series deals with all kinds of issues. It's nice to see a program that handles stuff like that without being overly PC. And Sue is awesome! She terrifies me but she does have amazing lines. |

Re: Glee By TinTango. 22/11/09, 05:26 am |
| @firecat: The Kurt character is great- I can't imagine glee without him. So funny that the actor that does Wheels is the best dancer out of all of the cast, but his character is the one stuck in a wheelchair! Hey, if you guys wanted to do the routine from last week (smash the windows) I would so be up for it! |

Re: Glee By Kitty of Doom. 23/11/09, 12:02 pm |
| I don't think the show is life-changing, but I still really enjoy Glee. Still, it shows how much my school is a miniature shifty black market... Someone will have the first three episodes, hand it out to about six people, no questions asked and by the end of the week, everyone who watches it in the school have it. It's fascinating to watch the school and the show |
