...Whitcoulls in Botany Town Centre is taking on four more part time staff. I warn you that we get a stupidly large number of CVs, and a great many just go into a box on the top shelf, never to be seen again, but you've gotta be in to win. n_n

Pro-tip: Mention something relevant to what we sell in your interests on your CV. If you like reading - say so! It's a bookstore, enjoying reading = good product knowledge = tipping the scales in your favour. :)

...Just thought you guys might like to know, hahah.

Well, here's hoping. As retail goes, I could do a helluva lot worse that Whitcoulls. I read alot and like to buy books, so the staff discount would be a godsend, and at least in some areas I actually know what the hell I am talking about.

Though sadly, with no prior retail experience, I don't have a hopes up. I doubt my technical experience and avid Fantasy fanboyism are enough to get me a job -_-

I happen to be doing that was we speak. Last time I applied for job it was at a computer shop, so it's still filled with industry lingo. I'm busy decyphering it and putting it into laymans terms. Taking away the emphasis on my technical ability and putting it on the sheer amount of dealing with people that my old job entailed.

Hopefully, hopefully, it will be enough. I do need a job, and the situation only gets more desperate. Living off borrowed money is not a comfortably place to be.

I'd love to work with Books as opposed to in a butchery. I'm so utterly out of place, and I've been there being out of place for just about two years now. TOO BAD IT'S AUCKLAND.

Nobody gave two flying physics about a CV with nothing but academic achievements on it.
