Color Contacts?

I really need a place to buy cheap colour contacts, in Auckland. It's for Auckgeddon so...yeah...I'd need red, blue and purple. A pair of each. OTL.

You could try Ballistics in town. It's a tattoo and piercing shop but they sell bad ass contact lenses. They are $80 a set.
You can get the exact same ones on www.thornapple.co.nz for half that price.
You can also resort to trade me. I got a set for $20 but they were just plain coloured ones, nothing too fancy.

I dont know where else to suggest because you seem to be anti internetz. D;<

I always get mine from TradeMe. They're cheap enough (between $20-30) and I've never had any problems with them. x3

I really recommend Cosmic Corner on High St. I got my brown contacts there for Mikuru, and will be getting more from them in the future. I wouldn't trust cheaper contacts, I was not happy at all with a set of purple ones from Foodtown.

trademe depends on the seller.
i've gotten contacts off trademe before, and i didn't have problems with them c: .. forgot the name of the trader i got them from and my internet's too slow to check trademe

Sorry for lateness! But I just found the awesomest chemist place on K-road that sells them. They're $30 and they have heaps of different colours. If you go up Queens, it's on the left (St Pierres sushi side) between the two op shops (the Paper Bag princess one, and some other)

Big link should take you to a picture of it (the address says 170 K Rd, but it's actually opposite 170 K Rd. I'm pretty sure, at least). And they usally have a big sign outside saying "COLOURED CONTACTS".

Trademe is safe, as long as you're buying them from someone who sells their shop stock on there. Pretty much anyone with thousands of feedback points should be safe!
Just don't forget that some of the really cheap ones around $10 may only be designed for a single wear, not for months. I noticed that with some I bought, but they're just for cosplay, not everyday, so doesn't matter too much. :)

Hmm. Sorry to hijack your thread but I might as well ask here.

I need a specific set of contacts for Yue next year, they're white and have cat pupils. I have an absolute phobia of things in my eyes and I'm not sure where I should get them, barring buying them from an optometrists for $100 all up. I could get them from trademe for $50, but I'm iffy. Getting them from the optometrists = expensive but definately safe.

I would go to chemists, not op's (op's won't have weird contacts). Cat pupils are pretty easy to get, but I'm not sure about cat pupils with a white background. Pic?
